Genuine first edition 1956 La Tentation d'exister by philospher E.M. Cioran (1911-1995). Published in Paris by Gallimard, this volme is number LXXXII (82) in the highly collectible "Les Essais" series.

Condition:

The interior pages are crisp and the binding is firm, showing beautiful, uniform natural age-toning typical of mid-century French paper stock.

There are some creases on the corner edges and some have caused a tear on the cover and subsequent few pages. The back cover has creases in the top corner edge and a tear on the bottom middle.

These Ironstone and Stoneware Pots are antique and over 100 years old.

Please remember all items are sold as-is so each pot is unique. They are used and therefore are not in perfect condition.
