My journey began in 2013, out of a desire to find well made-quality dressers for my young children. The search eventually led me to a thrift shop where there was a sea of antique dressers lined up along the wall. Crafted of solid wood with hand carved details and dovetail drawers. Each one more beautiful than the next. Once prized possessions they were now cast-offs because they didn’t fit into present day decor style. But I saw potential in these gems. I saw a new life, just waiting to be rescued and reloved.   

I'm a maker at heart and have used many mediums over the years to create art and DIY projects. Refurbishing furniture with paint has been just another canvas that allows me to express my creativity. I began painting furniture for others and the demand eventually led me to search for a storefront to display and sell my reloved pieces.  I've been sharing my finds at Midwest Memories in Tipp City, OH along with offering creative classes. 

I've since affirmed my desire to grow my booth space by offering antiques and vintage items in addition to the furniture.  On the weekends, I scour estate sales, antique markets and barn sales looking for smaller, unique vintage items to then make them available for you to collect and love. 

In 2020, I began selling my treasured finds online through my Etsy shop. What a blessing it has been to be connected with buyers across the USA. Now, I’m bringing these same vintage finds and more to you in the comfort of your home through my website.
